Wholesale Ordering Policies
We sell wholesale only to verified health practitioners and businesses. Please demonstrate your eligibility by sending your practitioner diploma and/or your full trading address.
Ordering and Payments
All wholesale orders are taken over the phone or via Email. The usual minimum order is 6 units of a single product payable via debit or credit card (Master Card or Visa). Larger orders (over £300 may also be paid via bank transfer).
Orders for the UK will usually arrive within 24-48 hours. Orders overseas may take 3 or more days owing to customs delays, fees and charges and we advise that you contact your local postal office or customs office regarding their regulations before ordering. Any orders returned back to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as other fees associated with the return.
Wholesale orders are subject to the same shipping policies as other orders.
Wholesale Returns and Refunds
In most cases, wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturer’s defect. However, in some cases we will accept returns within 30 days. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees if not defective as well as returned shipping. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer’s defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
